Birthday

First... Can i start of by saying that my husband is the cutest guy in the entire world!? and let me remind you that he planned this all himself!!! i could never be more in love with anyone than Nick. He's my everything

So... on the 24th Nick and I left the house around 3:00 p.m. for a cute little town called Midway! it was about an hour and a half away and its about 20 minutes from Park City!

So after we arrived we checked into our room and got some KFC and Taco Bell. This town was so small that they didnt have much to eat! but it sounde

d great to us! so we took it home and ate it there. after we got done eating Nick just couldnt

wait for me to open my presents! And of course i couldnt

complain because they're presents! He's such a sweet guy!

i had so many gifts!

Nick got me a ton of gifts! He got me a new CD, a new grizzlies shirt (i realllyy needed a new one!), a new sweat shirt that is the cutest thing ever!, and some new Nike tennis shoes (not that i use them to run but they're cute, which is the only reason i wear shoes :) ) and my favorrriittteee gift was a Chewbacca action figure (and Nick said that he knows i dont play with many toys anymore but everybody has to have a toy for their birthday, which i cant agree more!

After i opened my gifts Nick and I rented The Karate Kid! we lovvveeddd it! every time the little boy was training for Kung Fu nick would say, "Autumn, i really need to learn how to do that!" he's such a cutie! he loved the movie just as much as i did!

Then this morning Nick woke me up at 10:30 to get ready to go shopping in Park City! it was such a fun day with just me and him! i loved it! and he bought me lots of treasures in park city! i seriously have the best Husband ever!

This was the best birthday of my entire life and i felt so special that someone would go to so much work just for me :)

He really made it a special day!

Exciting dates!

Nick & I just got home from Colorado! it was so much fun! Mark, Ben and Choi also went with us! it was a quick trip but we had alot of fun! its hard to believe that Ben leaves to the MTC on wednesday!! Its crazy how fast time flies! i have lots of pictures from Colorado! we went to the Avalanche Vs. Blackhawks game and the Ave's won in overtime! it was an awesome game and it was fun to spend time with Mark, Ben, Choi and Nick!

Im so excited for so many things!

The first week of November Nick is taking me to California for my birthday! [my birthday is on Oct. 25th but we JUST got home from vacation so we're waiting for a little while] While we're down there we'll go to disneyland of course! and Nick is taking me to the Ducks Vs. Penguins game and we're sitting 2nd row! i couldnt be more excited. we'll probably go to a couple more games while we're out there too!

Then December 6-12 Nick and I will be in Washington DC!!! im soooooo excited! we're going out there to see the Capitals play Toronto [Nick's favorite team], Florida [Nicks 2nd favorite team] and Colorado [my 2nd favorite team]!! im sooo excited to go! Also in December Nicks good friend Kelly has a birthday just like Nick! so we'll be taking a short trip to Colorado to see a hockey game or two for Kelly and Nicks birthday! it'll be soo much fun!

in March Nicks brother Matt is going to disneyland to take their kids and we'll probably go back with them too because sense Nick and i are SEASON PASS holders its free for us!!!

we dont have anymore trips planned after that just yet. we know that we'll go back out to colorado and go to the Colorado Vs. Toronto game in March so Nick can see his favorite team again.

and in May Nick and i will celebrate our 1 year anniversary!

June is also going to be a memorable month and we're sooo excited for it to come!

im so happy i have Nick in my life. i seriously couldnt ask for a better husband. He's so good to me and im so grateful for the interests we have together! We both love hockey so much and im so glad for it! we're traveling alot right now but soon we'll be starting a family so we want to travel as much as possible while we can!

i can honestly say i have the best life in the entire world and i really honestly couldnt ask for anything more! My family is awesome, Nicks family is awesome and we have such good friends that share the same interests as us. i love them for that!

This morning i didnt have an apetite at all and the only thing that sounded good was La Choi's so Choi gave us some free lunch :) i love La Chois!

Everyone wanted to got to Applebees for half off appetisers (except for me) so i just decided to suck it up and go with everyone to have a good time! Lately we've been hanging out with our sweet friends Kelly & Jamie alot!! i love it! we had such a good time! i couldnt ask for better friends that share our same interests! I love Kelly & Jamie Jensen!

This picture makes me laugh cause ben got a Black Cherry flavored Mtn Dew and it looked so much like beer! it made me laugh because he's leaving for his mission in less that 2 weeks!

And of course i had to add this sweet picture of my puppy. i love him so much! he brings so much Joy to our lives!

Yo Gabba Gabba Cupcakes!

A couple days ago my good friend Amanda's little boys Collin & Cameron turned 1!! its so exciting and i cant believe how fast time flies! Manda is just having a family party at home for them so i told her i'd make some Yo Gabba Gabba cupcakes for them! i love baking! hopefully the boys enjoy them and have a great party!!!

Today at my mother-in-laws house Nick and I were looking at old photos and it brought back so many memories! we had so much fun dating! i think sometimes we tend to forget all the fun things we did! here's a few of the fun pictures!

Disneyland!

This last week we got to go to Disneyland! It was so muc

h fun! Nick & i went with his brothers Ben & Mark and Julie Marks wife was also there!

I'll tell you what, i have quite the respect fo

r Walt Disney after learning about him so much

this week! he was an amazing man!

Walt Disney had such a great imagination and im so happy he shared it with the world! It made for a fun trip for us! On most the rides we entered through the exit because of my wheelchair so we didnt have to wait in line much! we went on tower of terror the most! i lost count after the first day! it was so much fun!

Nick was so excited to get one of these turkey legs cause he knew for once i wouldn't say "come on Nick, they make napkins for a reason!" he had way to much fun eating this!

In Beaver we stopped and Ben Nick and Mark got $.50 Mustaches and ben got a raccoon hat.... they have so much fun together! its so awesome that their family is so close!

P.s. Collin & Camerons birthday is this week and i get the privilege of making Yo Gabba Gabba cupcakes!!! im so excited!!!

Meet......

Chewy!!!!

Today we drove down to bountiful to go to the pet store "Bird World"

And this sweet Mini Dachshund and his puppy dog eyes just knew he was the one i wanted to take home. So Nick and I drove up the street from the pet shop and ate at Five Guys while we thought about this new addition to our home and decided it was a go!

He's papered and everything! and watching him run around with his ears flopping around is the cutest thing in the entire world!

Okay so maybe Chewy isn't as hairy as Chewbacca but we got the color right.....

Right?

But no matter what his name is, he is the cutest dog in the entire world and i'm proud to say he's mine!! I'm so glad i have such a sweet husband that would buy me such a cute dog :)
